Viajuris: lawyers (for) entrepreneurs – ESSOR Loire

It is away from Lyon and the courthouse that Viajuris decided to continue its transformation. Since January, the business law firm has settled in a majestic bourgeois residence located in Champagne, contrasting with its former Haussmann offices on rue des Archers in Lyon.

The change of siteis a challenge butwe wanted to offer our teams and clients an exceptional environment in which to work”, explains Grégoire Brunet-Lecomte, partner at Viajuris. “We see ourselves as a company, we all work very cross-functionally and our leitmotif is to support managers in their decision-making thanks to our multiple areas of expertise. What sets us apart is our vision of lawyers (of) entrepreneurs“, continues the lawyer from Lyon.

If mergers and acquisitions and tax law represent the cement of Viajuris’ activity, the firm has developed a global offer with expertise in labor law, contract law and new technologies, business litigation and IPOs (via its Parisian partner Leexelians) nationally and internationally.

In four years, Viajuris has doubled in size and has 55 employees, including 10 partners (30 in Saint-Etienne, the firm’s home town, and 25 in Lyon). Offices at Roanne, in Le Puy-en-Velay and recently Paris flesh out this firm which wishes to maintain a human scale.

Reinforcement
Viajuris’ tax law/asset tax department has just welcomed Gilles Coumert as a new partner. The latter notably worked for CMS Francis Lefebvre Lyon and thus joins Karen Babin-Villeroux, associate lawyer, and Thibaut Lagnier, lawyer within this division.
