Gault & Millau revealed this Monday at the Paul Bocuse Institute the winners of the Gault & Millau Young Talent Endowment.
Najem Atmeh and Corinne Bec are the two winners from Lyon. Created in 2014, this endowment is a material aid and raw materials that is offered each year to a selection of young people who wish to open their first restaurant.
The two Gones plan to open their restaurant, “Ayla”, in February 2023 in the 6th arrondissement. This establishment will mix two cultures, Lebanese and French.
Three other addresses were rewarded this year: Edgar Bosquez (“Ekume” in Marseille), Clément Torres (“Saba” in Annecy), Maxime Ardin (“Abîme” in Gruffy, Haute-Savoie).
