Trained by his father, the legendary Michel Bras, and other great chefs like Pierre Gagnaire and Michel Guérard, Sebastien Bras took over the family restaurant Le Suquet, in Laguiole, in 2009. His cuisine, spontaneous and lively, is shaped by his travels and the terroir of Aubrac. Beyond Le Suquet, the creativity of Michel and Sébastien Bras is also expressed in Paris, at La Halle aux grains, their restaurant located in the heart of the Bourse de Commerce – Pinault Collection.
