A motorist, who was making a round trip between Bon-Encontre and Castelsarrasin, discovered a cat stuck in the engine of his car. The animal was recovered safe and sound by the Lot-et-Garonne firefighters and entrusted to a pound while waiting for its owners to make themselves known.
It is a singular and happy story that has just ended for this young feline.
A motorist residing in Bon-Encontre near Agen, who was making a round trip to Castelsarrasin, was surprised, on returning home, by a strange noise coming from his engine: that of a meow. By opening the hood, the Lot-et-Garonnais discovered a cat stuck in the engine.
It took the intervention of firefighters to extract the animal without injuring it. This Siamese cross cat came out intact. Its hosts entrusted it to the pound on Monday where the animal is waiting for its masters (who probably live in Tarn-et-Garonne because it is likely that the cat hid in the engine when the vehicle was in the town of Castelsarrasin) manifest themselves on 06 07 90 03 97.
