We finally know the opening date of Sébastien Gaches’ fast food restaurant in Rodez! A tribute to the late master of Outrenoir will be paid on the plate.
This time, the opening date is set: Big Gachou will open on November 2 on Avenue Victor-Hugo in Rodez! Chef Sébastien Gaches’s 100% Aveyron fast-food has been desired with its announcements in the form of a “rumor” in front of the future restaurant and had initially announced an arrival at the end of October in Rodez.

A Black Flambadou day exclusively
The Black Flambadou will be in the spotlight, a creation that was voted the public’s favorite during the Coupe de France du Burger in 2020.
Its black bread had been designed to honor the works of Pierre Soulages. It will therefore take on a very special meaning this Wednesday, November 2, the day of the national tribute which will be paid to the Ruthenian artist in Paris, at the Louvre Museum.
