Sunday, November 20, a man hit his girlfriend during their evening walk. The latter’s dog intervened to defend her.
The evening walk did not go as planned. In the streets of Narbonne, Sunday November 20, around 10 p.m., a couple, with a dog, walks. The man, known to the police and a drug addict, feels a lack of cocaine and attacks his partner by hitting her. Witness to the scene, the dog, which belongs to the woman, intervenes and bites the individual. The latter pulls out a knife and wounds the animal’s hindquarters.
Supported by veterinary services, the dog would be out of danger. As for the individual, he was arrested on rue de Massenet. He was then taken into custody by city police around 10:20 p.m. His hearing is still ongoing but is expected to end soon.
