LPA-CGR lawyers is strengthening its Commercial Leases team with the arrival of Marie-Lise Turpin as counsel, as of September 8, 2022. With this appointment, the firm’s Commercial Leases practice, led by Géraldine Piedelièvre, now brings together six lawyers .

For more than 17 years, Marie-Lise Turpin has developed expertise in commercial leases, and more particularly in commercial lease litigation on all types of assets. It assists French and international companies, from all sectors of activity, made up of institutional donors and also major users. Member of the Paris Bar since 2004, she has worked for several French law firms specializing in commercial leases. She notably practiced for 12 years within the SEFJ (Société d’Etude Fiscales et Juridiques) where she was promoted to counsel in January 2019. She also holds a DESS Litigation in Private Law – Public Law – Faculty Val d ‘Essonne (2003) and a master’s degree in business law – Jean Monnet Faculty (PARIS XI).
