Cédric Jubillar’s trio of lawyers filed, Wednesday, February 16, a new request for the release of their client, Cédric Jubillar, accused of the murder of his wife Delphine Jubillar and whose body has still not been found.
A week after his interrogation by the two investigating judges, Cédric Jubillar still claims his innocence. His trio of lawyers, Mes Martin, Franck and Alary, have just filed a new request for release, this Wednesday, February 16, at the Toulouse court.
This is the fourth request since the imprisonment of the 34-year-old plasterer painter, accused of having killed his wife, who disappeared on the night of December 15 to 16, 2020, in Cagnac-les-Mines (81). So far, all previous requests have been refused by the investigation chamber of the Toulouse Court of Appeal.

Cédric Jubillar has been imprisoned since June 18, 2021. He is suspected of having killed his wife, Delphine Jubillar, a 33-year-old nurse and mother, who had to start a new life with another man. The latter was exonerated in this case. The couple were going through a divorce. A situation badly experienced by the husband of Delphine whose body has never been found. Research should resume soon in the area of Cagnac-les-Mines to try to advance the investigation.
