In early June, the defamation trial between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard ended. The two ex-spouses were ordered to pay a different amount to each other. A few weeks after the verdict, the “Aquaman” star gave an extensive interview to NBC journalist Savannah Guthrie. During the exchange, the actress spoke of the threats and criticisms of which she is the target on social networks. She also returned to her relationship with the actor as well as the trial. Indeed, Amber Heard claimed that if certain evidence had been taken into account, the verdict could have been different. Words that did not please Johnny Depp’s team, who decided to publish a response in the form of a press release to “Law & Crime”: “It is a pity that while Johnny is trying to move forward in his life, the plaintiff and her team are still trying to repeat, imagine problems that have already been judged by a court. A verdict was rendered unanimously and unequivocally by a jury, in favor of Johnny”, can we read.

Soon an interview with Johnny Depp?
Following the statement, the spokesperson for the actress decided to speak in turn: “If Mr. Depp or his team have a problem with the interview, we recommend that Johnny himself come to sit across from Savannah Gutherie for an hour and answer all her questions. So will the actor accept this invitation? For the moment, no member of his team has reacted or confirmed.
