Jail for stabbing and hitting a dog and throwing her body in the water

The court of Nanterre (Hauts-de-Seine) judged this Friday in immediate appearance an individual aged around thirty. The man was accused of having tortured Xéna, the one-year-old female American Staff Terrier in his care, then of having cut her throat in Colombes (Hauts-de-Seine). The respondent was sentenced to 18 months in prison, including a period of 12 months firm; reports The Parisian.

The facts date back to October 7 when the 30-year-old was walking the dog. Unhappy with the animal’s disobedience, the man had threatened it. Panicked, Xena had urinated in the building on the way back. The respondent then punched and stabbed her, seriously injuring her.

The perpetrator then finished off the American Staff before throwing his weighted body into the Seine. The corpse was discovered three days later. Thanks to the chip and the tattoo spotted on the body, the investigators went back to the suspect. He was also confused by the cameras, monitoring his dogs at his home, which filmed the abuse inflicted on Xéna.
