In Langueux, opening this Thursday of Holly’s Diner, a restaurant with upscale American decor

Fans of the American style of the 1950s and 1960s should find their way here. Portraits of Marilyn Monroe and Frank Sinatra, jukebox in the middle of the room, top-of-the-range furniture in bright colors, stainless steel counter… On Wednesday November 2, the teams made the final adjustments before the opening scheduled for tomorrow.

Managed directly by the group

Holly’s Diner is a brand born in 2014, in Tours (Indre-et-Loire). Damien Vallar imported the concept of the American “dinner”. He is now opening his twentieth restaurant, the first associated with a “drive” (car service).

The Langueux restaurant is not a franchise, it is managed directly by the group, which provides for around thirty full-time equivalent jobs there. The 500 m² establishment has 240 seats, including 80 on the terrace. It offers a wide range of burgers, but also a brasserie menu with salads.
