PAmong the seventy thousand lawyers in France, how do you choose the right one? For the fifth year in a row, Point, in partnership with the independent institute Statista, will publish its list of law firms in the spring. Last year, some two hundred and fifty firms were selected, in nearly thirty different specialties. The majority of disciplines are included, from criminal law to labor law, including mergers and acquisitions, tax law, family law or emerging specialties, such as environmental law, compliance or town planning again.

As in the past three years, we have established a hierarchy within each area, based on a rating (4 or 5 stars). All the firms present in this list will be able to display this distinction thanks to a label sold by Statista and Pointof which we publish the 2021 version below.

The ranking is based on peer-to-peer recommendations. Lawyers can indicate to which other law firm they would refer their client if they themselves could not take charge of his case, while in-house lawyers and clients are invited to gauge the law firms they know according to different criteria ( responsiveness, technical competence, etc.).

From November 14 to January 6, 2023

Law firms and jurists are invited to participate in the survey by Statista. They can also do so by following this link: survey Point-Statista of the best law firms 2023. This survey phase will begin on November 14 and end on January 6, 2023. More information is available on the Statista website, by clicking here.

The results of the awards will be published in April. Like last year, it will be accompanied by a ranking drawn up by a jury of recognized experts, brought together by Point. It will award a prize to law firms that have distinguished themselves over the past year, in different categories. Last year, the firms Dante, Feugère Moizan, Merav Griguer, Kadeï and GBS Disputes received this award, called Les Toges du Point.
