Hoche Avocats co-opts a new partner

Mathilde Le Roy has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2011. She mainly advises French and international groups in the context of the day-to-day tax management of their activities, their restructuring operations, their establishments abroad and during tax audits. She regularly works on LBO transactions, particularly cross-border, whether with industrial clients or investment funds, both on due diligence and structuring aspects. She also assists executives with the structuring of their professional investment and their remuneration (in France and abroad). Mathilde Le Roy is a member of the Institute of Tax Lawyers (IACF).

For Eric Quentin, founding managing partner of the firm and of the tax department, “this arrival is part of the firm’s desire to strengthen its teams and in particular its tax practice and to add experienced talents in order to better serve its clients in a increasingly international, complex and demanding legal and fiscal universe”.
