No need to go to Bagatelle to enjoy a delicious Burger King. Since Friday, the American fast food chain has opened the doors of its second restaurant accessible to the public in Port-Louis, more exactly at the corner of Sir William Newton and Léoville L’Homme streets (ex-Nando’s). The restaurant can accommodate up to 105 people. If the brand is unable to offer a “drive through” service, given the location, Saif Chady, commercial director at Hyvec Group, announces that a delivery service will be offered at lunchtime for those working in nearby offices. “Also, from February 2023, we will come with ‘plant based burgers’. These are burgers that taste like chicken and meat, but are actually vegetarian,” he says. The commercial director announces, in the process, the upcoming opening of a restaurant at the Grand Baie La Croisette shopping center and at the Tribeca Mall in Ébène.
