Beaux: a page turns for the bar-restaurant Le Suc’hulant

Fabrice and Régine Piegay spent their last shift on Friday at the head of the bar-tabac-restaurant Le Suc’hulant in “Malataverne” in the town of Beaux.

Convinced of the potential of commerce, they developed the restaurant business after an experience at the Petite Auberge in Yssingeaux.

The time has come for the couple to turn the page and move towards new projects, in particular at the agricultural school in Yssingeaux for Fabrice.

The two traders remain attached to the village of “Malataverne” since they have bought a house. “We had a great time here. It is a family that we are leaving. »

Le Suc’hulant will close for a few days and is due to reopen in November with two new associates, Henry Ducray and Sophie Mounier, two residents of Beaux.
