Through this partnership, Uber Eats thus becomes a major partner of the French teams and amateur football.
Augustin Nicolle, associate lawyer in the Corporate/M&A department and Gaëlle Bloret-Pucci, associate lawyer in the Intellectual Property department of BCTG Avocats accompanied Uber Eats on all the legal aspects of the operation, from the negotiation of the partnership to the drafting of related contracts.
