Andrea Provencher practices professional and insurance law, as well as civil litigation within the litigation and liability and insurance groups in the Montreal office.

Originally from Sherbrooke and coming from a background of entrepreneurs, this Bar 2022 has acquired solid experience within the family business during her studies.

This allowed him to work on mandates in marketing, business development and customer service. His knowledge of the world of entrepreneurship allows him to fully understand the reality of businesses and organizations in the context of legal mandates.

Cedric Fortin-Néron joined the litigation and construction groups in the Saguenay office. His practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation.

In addition to civil litigation, the young lawyer also works in the context of administrative appeals, both at the level of civil engineering and institutional.

His passion for the law allows him to be particularly committed in carrying out his mandates and to always ensure that all the legal considerations of his clients are handled in the smallest details.

Me Cédric Fortin-Néron has served on boards of directors and committees. He also did not hesitate to lend a hand as a volunteer during many social activities.

His practice consists mainly in assisting SMEs of all kinds, including professionals from various disciplines such as the health field.

Having grown up in the dental field, Me Ariane Gagnon is able to understand the various issues related to professional practices.

Having an affinity for drafting contracts, she participates in various mandates, including the drafting of agreements between shareholders, commercial leases or even agreements for the purchase and sale of businesses.

Marylou Jean Beaulieu has been a member of the Chambre des notaires du Québec since 2022.

His practice focuses on real estate law, the drafting of wills, protection mandates and powers of attorney as well as the solemnization of marriages.

Passionate about business law, she also offers her services for business financing, the incorporation of companies, the drafting of shareholder agreements and the updating of company books.
