Americans pay $30,000 for two nights in a castle

Four American women recently spent a two-night, three-day stay in a guest room at the Château de Bostz in Besson (Allier). Three of them paid 30,000 dollars, or as many euros, for this getaway, says The mountain. Nights in the Bourbonnais were indeed part of the auction lots during a prestigious charity evening in the United States.

This is the White Cross Ball, held each year in New York (USA). The 2021 edition took place on November 19. She gave the opportunity to the most privileged New Yorkers to be generous. The profits generated by the event were donated to the association of the Order of Malta.

Charles-Henri de Lobkowicz, owner of the castle, took part in the evening and offered overnight stays as a prize. The auction was won by the three young women who, accompanied by a friend, were then entitled to a guided tour, by the prince, of the surroundings and the castles of the property.
