a lawn ravaged by dogs changed for 30,000 euros

Last June, the inhabitants of Place Maréchal-Lyautey signed a petition to change the lawn ravaged by dogs.

They ended up damaging it with excrement and scratching.

According to Le Progrès, thanks to the petition of the residents, the City ended up giving in. Recently it greened this square for a total cost of 30,000 euros. This budget was initially planned to green the Place de l’Europe in the 6th arrondissement.

The lawn is currently protected by barriers until it can be opened definitively. The town hall asks dog owners to be careful in this place. The municipal police will regularly carry out rounds and will report any owner who breaches the rules of Place Maréchal-Lyautey.
